Shipping Policy
All orders received will usually ship within ten business days unless another supply timeframe is posted on the order page for the item (for back-orders, holidays, out-of-office, etc.).


Warranty Policy

Monte Nagler’s written Standard Commercial Warranty of Products.

Warranty: All art pieces are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from date of purchase when maintained under conditions of normal use by the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the art has been used for any purpose other than that for which it was designed; if the art has been tampered with or altered in any way; if the art has been exposed to abnormal light, temperature or humidity conditions; or if the art was improperly installed, including, but not limited to, improper environmental protection, and improper hook-up.

All claims for product damage caused by third-party handling in transit should be reported to the carrier responsible. Items found defective may be returned freight collect only after approval of Monte Nagler Fine Art, LLC.

Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will be used to fill your order. You will be added to our Email distribution of fine art content but may opt out at any time. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
